This will be my third year at Hamlin, and my second year as PTA treasurer. By volunteering, I’ve learned just how much it means to the kids to see their parents participate.  We are making memories, setting an example  and impacting our children’s education for the better. I love seeing what a difference can be made when you simply get involved, and look forward to a fantastic 2016-2017 school year!

Margo Margo Ugalde, Programs

“I am a fulltime wifey, mommy of 3 & staff member at Shepherd Church. This is my 2nd year on the PTA Board. I’m honored to be serving alongside these giving parents, for the teachers and the children of Hamlin Charter Academy. When our kids entered grade school, I felt it was important for them to feel and know that we (the parents) are “in it”, with them…as well as, making volunteering, a way of life,” says Margo
